Steps to Send Customized SMS
① Select CSV Upload from the menu area.
② Enter Sender
For more details about the sender, click [here].
③ Enter your message.
For the customizable parts (the parts you want to replace with recipient-specific data), assign a variable name and enclose it with {{double curly brackets}}.

④ Prepare and upload the .csv file
(If creating as a text file)
Use a text editor and separate each field with a comma.

(If creating with Excel or other spreadsheet software)
In row 1, enter the variable names (the ones enclosed with {{}} in step ③). From row 2 onward, enter the corresponding data.

After uploading, check that the file name is displayed in the box.
⑤ Set the Sending Time
You can choose between Send Now or Schedule for Later.
To send immediately: Click the Send SMS button at the bottom right.
To schedule: Select the Schedule option, specify the date and time, and then click the Send SMS button at the bottom right.

SMS messages are delivered on a best-effort basis and are sent sequentially.
There is no guarantee that scheduled messages will all start or complete delivery exactly at the scheduled time.
Before scheduling, please make sure your account has a sufficient point balance to cover all scheduled messages as well as new ones.
