Scheduled Sending allows you to reserve SMS messages to be sent at a specified date and time in advance.

For example, you can send coupons on customers’ birthdays or schedule reminders ahead of time. This feature helps you manage thoughtful and timely communication smoothly.

How to Use

Using Scheduled Sending is simple:

  1. In the SMS sending screen, select “Set Schedule” in the Schedule section.
  2. Choose the desired date and time using the calendar and clock selector.
  3. Submit the message. The sending process will begin at the scheduled time.

Scheduling Availability

Scheduled messages can be set for:
From 1 hour after the current time up to 2 weeks in advance.

Important Notes

Scheduled Sending operates on a best-effort basis.

This means that delivery at the exact scheduled time is not guaranteed.

Delivery timing may vary depending on network conditions and carrier processing.

Account Balance Requirement

Before scheduling messages, please ensure that your account balance is sufficient to cover:

  • The scheduled messages
  • All other pending or reserved messages

If your balance is insufficient at the time of processing, the message may not be sent.

Compliance Reminder

  • Please send SMS messages in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable regulations.

  • Avoid scheduling messages at inappropriate hours (e.g., late at night) that may inconvenience recipients.

  • Always double-check the message content, recipients, and scheduled time before confirming.
