After logging in to the member page, you can download usage logs in CSV format from the Usage Logs page.
How to Download Sending Logs
1. Open the Usage Logs Page
From the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the member page, select Usage Logs.
The log download screen will appear.

2. Select the Date Range
Choose the start and end dates for the period you wish to download.
When you click on the date fields, a calendar will appear.
Select the start date and end date for the required period, then click the Get Logs button.

3. Download the Log File
Based on the activity during the selected period, a summary and download links for available log files will be displayed.

- Click Download SMS Sending Log
- Click Download Dial SMS Log
Note:
If you are not using Dial SMS, or if there were no Dial SMS incoming calls during the selected period, the Dial SMS log option will not be displayed.
