Logs are available for download in CSV format.
Important Notes About Logs
The log reflects the carrier’s response to the request sent from the EZSMS system.
After sending, the message status may continue to update — in some cases for several days — depending on carrier responses.
Please note that the log content represents the status at the time of download.

Log File Data Explanation
| Data | Destiption |
| SUBACCOUNT | Sub-account name (if applicable) |
| SEND TIME (LOCAL TIME) | The time EZSMS received the message sending request |
| LATEST STATUS UPDATED TIME (LOCAL TIME) | The time the SMS delivery status was last updated |
| DELIVERY END TIME (LOCAL TIME) | The time the delivery process was completed. Even if the message was not delivered successfully, this time indicates the end of the delivery attempt |
| MESSAGE ID | Unique ID assigned to each message. This ID is required when making inquiries about a specific message |
| RECIPIENT | Destination phone number |
| SENDER ID | The sender ID used for the message |
| MESSAGE | The message content |
| MESSAGE STATUS | Delivery status of the message (see below) MESSAGE_DELIVERY_COMPLETE The message was successfully delivered. MESSAGE_PASSED_TO_CARRIER_FOR_DELIVERY The message has been passed to the carrier. Please wait for delivery completion. MESSAGE_EXPIRED The message was passed to the carrier, but delivery failed because the carrier’s retry limit was reached and the recipient device could not be reached. MESSAGE_DELIVERY_FAILED Delivery failed. Please refer to this article for possible reasons. |
