Sub-account Feature
The Sub-account feature allows you to create and manage multiple sub-accounts under a single EZSMS main account.

It is useful when you want to:
Availability
As of March 2026, it is now also available for Pre-pay users.
If you are using a Pre-pay plan, please follow these steps:
- Purchase sufficient points in your main account in advance.
- Allocate a monthly usage limit to each sub-account.
Point Allocation Mechanism
Monthly Reset
- At the beginning of each month, unused points from the previous month are returned to the main account.
- If the sub-account remains active, the monthly limit will be applied again.

How to Request Activation
- Create an EZSMS account.
- Contact our help desk at ezsms-help@xoxzo.com to request activation.


- Sub-account Name (alphanumeric characters only)
- Sub-account Password (alphanumeric characters only)
- Point Limit (numeric values only)
- (Optional)
- If the main account is using the K Premium Service, the registered numbers will be displayed. Please check the number(s) that the sub-account is allowed to use.
Click the Add Sub-account button to complete the setup.

- Sub-account Password
The login URL is displayed on the Sub-account page.

For security reasons, we recommend changing the password when the responsible person changes.


Deactivating a Sub-account


You can check each sub-account’s remaining balance from the Sub-account List. Please review it together with the assigned point limit.
